Trivial issue, hurt and property loss

• A case of hurt and property loss has registered in Virajpet Town PS. On 13/07/2009 evening at the Garden Hotel of Virajpet town, the accused Siraj started quarrelling with the complainant Chandra for trivial issue and he assaulted on Chandra by hand and slapped on the glass of the otel and caused damages.

Road Accident, one injured

• A case of non fatal road accident has registered in Sunticoppa PS. On 12/07/2009 at Kodagarahalli, when the complainant venkataranga was standing beside the road at Kodagarahalli junction, the accused Jagadish drove his car bearing No.KA-12-N-8190 in rash and negligent manner towards Kushalnagar and dashed against Venkataranga. Resulting which, he fell down and sustained injuries.

Assault Case, one injured:

A case of hurt has been registered in Virajpet Rural Police Station. On 11-7-2009 at 17-30 hrs. at Kedumulluru village, when the complainant Smt M.P.Pushpa, W/o late Chinnappa, aged 48 years of Kedumulluru village was in her house, accused namely Sharath of the same village (complainant’s relative) came to her house and quarreled with her and assaulted her by a sickle and threatened her life for trivial reasons. In this incident the complainant was injured.

Road Accident, one injured:

A case of non-fatal road accident was reported in Somwarpet Police Station. On 10-7-2009 at 5-30 hrs at Somwarpet town, when the complainant Lingaraju of Yadavandu village returning towards bus stand, accused Paramesh, rider of a motor cycle bearing No.KA-12-J-1018 rode the same in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against the complainant. As a result the complainant was injured. In this regard a case has been registered.

Dowry Harassment.

• A case of Dowry Harassment has been registered in Madikeri Town PS.
  On 30-5-08 the complainant P.M.Yogini got married with accused K.K.Nanda of Maragodu village. After the marriage she was being harassed daily by her husband Nanda and her mothe-in-law K.Vasanthi for dowry of Rs.one lakh and also she was threatened by them that they will kill her by burning if she is failed to bring money. In this regard she filed a complaint before the court and same has been registered in Madikeri Town PS as per the court order for investigation.

Criminal Trespass and hurt, one injured.

• A case of hurt has registered in Somwarpet Police Station. On 7-7-2009 evening at Surlabbi village when the complainant M.A.Naniappa was working at his paddy field, the accused Satheesh of the same village came there and quarreled with Naniappa for trivial reasons and assaulted on him by hand. And also he went to the house of Naniappa and abused his wife Kamala and made dire consequences.

Road Accident, one injured:

A case of non fatal road accident has been registered in Kushalnagara PS. Today at Gummanakolli village, Kushalnagar at 13-30 hrs complainant Basappa’s brother going in a motor cycle, accused namely Santhosh driver of a Maruthi-800 drove the same in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against the motor cycle. As a result the rider of the motor cycle was injured and he was shifted to Mangalore hospital for treatment.

A case of non-fatal road accident has been registered in Kushalnagar PS. On 6-7-2009 at 16-30 hrs at Hospital junction, Kushalnagar Town complainant C.C.Ravi going towards Hebbale along with his friend Yathish in his motor cycle, accused driver of a Jeep bearing No.KA-25 M 8804 drove the same in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against the complainant’s motor cycle. As a result complainant was injured.

Missing case.

A case of girl missing was reported in Kushalnagar PS on 6-7-2009. On 1-7-2009 at 13-00 hrs one Kumari Arpitha, aged 17 years went to shop and she did not returned back to her home. Since then she found missed. In this regard a case has been registered in Kushalnagar PS on the complaint of one Ranganatha @ Guru of Rathabeedi, Kushalangar Town.

Fatal road accident, one dead.

A case of fatal road accident was reported in Virajpet Town Police Station. On 4-7-2009 at Meenupet, Virajpet town, accused Shareef, driver of a Autorikshaw bearing No.KA-12-5218 drove the same in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Pedestrian Palani who was walking beside the road and seriously injured. Then he was shifted to hospital for treatment where he breathed his last. In this regard a case has been registered in Virajpet Town Police Staion.

Assault case, one injured:

A case of assault has been reported in Virajpet Town Police Station. On 3-7-2009 at 18-45 hrs Bittangala village, accused Smt Susheel of Bittangala village quarreled with the complainant Smt Hosoklu Shanthi and assaulted by using wooden club owing to trivial issue. As a result complainant sustained injuries. In this regard a case has been registered in Virajpet Rural Police Staion.

Missing Case, 7 year old girl missing.

A case of girl missing was reported in Virajpet Rural PS. On 2-7-2009 complainant namely T.S.Vinish of Puliyeri village appeared at the police station and lodged a complaint stating that his daughter namely Adulla, 7 years, was went to school on 1-7-2009 did not returned his home. Since then she found missing. In this regard case under girl missing was registered.
